Two years after the Israeli invasion of Gaza and 77 years of genocide since the Nakhba* the Palestinian people have never stopped their resistance.
Despite the bombings, massacres and multiple displacements from the Israeli army, the Palestinian people are now streaming home in their hundreds of thousands. Gaza is a mass scene of rubble of destroyed homes, hospitals, schools and infrastructure so ruthlessly demolished by Israeli forces. The Palestinian peoples’ resistance remains strong despite the catastrophic loss of life, war injuries and psycho-social effects.
The “Orange man” and his Israeli puppet are crowing about their Twenty Point Peace plan which was conceived without the authority of the Palestinian people. The plan is an obscenity as it places Trump at the head of the “Board of Peace” alongside war criminal Tony Blair (war on Iraq 2003). They must be dreaming!
While Hamas and other resistance fighters have sustained serious material losses, it still maintains strong support from the masses in Gaza. The fight they took to the Israel Defence Forces was an epic battle of David and Goliath. It bloodied the IDF nose, causing desertions, AWOLs, and massive damage to the Zionist psyche.
Israel is alone in the world as a reviled pariah. The murderous Netanyahu regime has splashed so much blood that Israelis are the world’s lepers. As Israeli tourists are banned from landing in Greece, their ships cannot load cargo in Italy and football matches in Norway are interrupted. In Australia rallies in towns and cities attract massive crowds despite police belligerence.The world is expressing its abhorrence with the Zionist entity.
The Palestinian people’s suffering is immense, millions have been sacrificed since the Nakhba but their spirit of resistance is indefatigable like the Vietnamese who lost over 5 million in their war of independence.
*Nakhba – (Arabic catastrophe) The ethnic cleansing of Palestinian Arabs, by Israeli forces in1948 with violent displacement, dispossession of land and property that led to suppression of culture , identity and national aspirations and mass exodus.
