US Imperialism has a big problem in the whole Middle East region. They are on the nose. Their credibility is shot. They have smashed up or interfered in country after country. Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Syria, Yemen, Libya, Lebanon, and attempted coups in Egypt, Turkey, Sudan, Tunisia and Ethiopia.
In many of these countries there is rising struggle against US and European imperialism. The peoples of the region have had rich and bitter experience in recent decades added to hundreds of years of exploitation.
US Allies like Turkey, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Pakistan are starting to distance themselves from the US. So Palestine is like a powder keg going off in an already explosive region.
The old US and European imperialist system of monopoly capitalism is taking many blows as the general trend is countries want independence, freedom, sovereignty and control over their own sustainable development. Added to that is the example being shown of standing up to US Imperialism by Russia, China and the Persians.
We can expect the US/European imperialists to continually change course to try and regain credibility and some leadership. But the essence is they are reactionaries who make trouble, get defeated and try to come another way to make trouble again.
And we know from deep experience that they will not readily give up the fabulous profits they plunder from the people and their resources in the region. They have grown fat and funded their empires over the centuries through ruthless exploitation. In their desperation to hold on to spheres of influence they readily resort to the use of force.
The people of the world can and will direct more hammer blows at them and that general trend of their decline will accelerate.
The heroic Palestinians have taken up the armed struggle which is paramount and guerrilla tactics is the key against a powerful enemy.
Yep, those Yankees and their puppets in Israel and Europe are under increasing pressure. Likewise the whole region is entering a new stage where it’s peoples and nations are in deepening struggle to control their own destinies……
